9月6日（土）4日目を迎えたMIDAS CAPITAL OMAEZAKI Pro｡本日はラウンド64ヒート7から20分ヒートでスタートした｡緩い南東で波には影響ない状況｡朝から日差しも強く昨日が大荒れしたとは思いにくい陽気で､海岸線は霞がかかっていたが、徐々に晴れ、アウトの波も目視で見れるようになった｡波の方は昨日通過した台風15号の影響で3mでかなりアウトから波がブレイクする状況｡昼を過ぎた頃から徐々に落ち着きを見せアウトの波はポテンシャルがなくなり､各選手のウェイティングポイントもインサイドへと移動し､インサイドよりの掘れた波にクリティカルな技を披露し､多くの観客が歓声を上げ会場が沸いた｡
サイズはあるのもも､ワイドでフェイスも張りづらいダラダラな波が目立ったが､選手たちは思いもいにマニューバーを描き得点をメイクしていた｡
本日は御前崎サンロードを封鎖し､多くのキッチンカーやアーバンスポーツのショーケースに体験会｡ビーチサイドでは､ビーチラグビーの体験会が行われ､大人から子どもまでたくさんの来場者が楽しんで､イベント盛り沢山の1日となった｡
午後3時をまわった頃には､たまに大きめのセットが入るものの､1.5m程とだいぶ落ちついていた｡夕暮れ時までヒートが行われ､女子のラウンド16までが終了｡
明日のファーストコール午前6時30分｡ヒートスタートは午前7時を予定してます｡明日も日差し強く､暑くなる予報ですので､暑さ対策をしてご来場ください｡明日はとうとうファイナルデーです｡たくさんの方々のご来場をお待ちしております｡
MIDAS CAPITAL OMAEZAKI Pro 2025 DAY 4 HIGHLIGHTS
Saturday, September 6th marked the fourth day of the MIDAS CAPITAL OMAEZAKI Pro. Today's round of 64 started with a 20-minute heat, Heat 7. A gentle southeasterly wind prevailed in the morning, leaving no impact on the waves. The impact of Typhoon Hagibis, which passed yesterday, led to 3m waves breaking significantly on the outside. After noon, the waves gradually calmed down, losing their potential on the outside, and each competitor's waiting point shifted to the inside. They performed critical moves on the deep inside waves, drawing cheers from the crowd and erupting in excitement.
The waves were large, but wide and loose with a hard-to-rise face, but the surfers were able to make maneuvers as they pleased and score points.
Omaezaki Sun Road was closed off for the day, with food trucks and urban sports showcases available for hands-on experience. A beach rugby experience was also held on the beachside, and many visitors, from adults to children, enjoyed the day, making it an event-packed day.
Around 3pm, there were occasional larger sets, but the water had calmed down to around 1.5m. Heats continued until dusk, with the women's round of 16 having been completed.
Tomorrow's first call will be at 6:30 AM. Heats are scheduled to start at 7 AM. Tomorrow is also forecast to be sunny and hot, so please prepare for the heat before coming. Tomorrow is finally the final day. We look forward to seeing many of you there.
